The radical change in many industrial sectors requires a strategic realignment of companies. In order to manage the future challenges and to maintain their market position, companies need to reorganize their processes and structures.

The Deutsche Telekom currently implements a change management process, including the modification of organizational structure and redesign of the working environment, too.

On April the 21th, 2016 we invited to our „After Work Event“ at the ophelis [show]room. Mrs. Monika Stanulewicz – Group Future Work Telekom AG- gave us exciting insights into the change management processes and the future work concept of the Deutsche Telekom.
